Keke Magazine is a youth feminist magazine that challenges the stereotypes that girls and women face in society, working to portray them in a light that reflects who they really are. Keke uncovers a girl’s contents—what she thinks, what she dreams, and what she feels. From telling the stories of different women to creating and writing from the female perspective, Keke builds the connection between women across the world and gives a voice to those who have been unheard for too long.

What does “Keke” mean?

Phonetically, Keke sounds like “key key” representing that Keke is the key to yourself. Hopefully, through each article, each photograph, and each interview, you can discover something more within yourself.  KeKe is the romanization of the Chinese characters “可可” with the character 可 translating to “can.” Through Keke, we hope you realize that you can achieve anything. You can do whatever you put your mind to. You can be an artist or you can be the CEO of a company, and ultimately, you can be you. And hopefully, Keke can help with that.
